Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return, exchange and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund to your original payment method.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Refunds usually arrive within 3-5 business days.


It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item purchased from us, we will accept returns provided they meet the below conditions;

1. Change of Mind Return

If you don't want or are not satisfied with the product you receive, please submit a return request to our team and return the unused item in its original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping fee). Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Faulty goods

If the item you receive is completely different from what you ordered, please contact Susteas with a photo or video to request a free exchange. Return shipping costs are borne by susteas.
If you want to keep it, we will compensate you with 20% discount within 3 working days. Refund to your original payment method.

3. Defective items

Quality is extremely important to us. 
If you receive a defective item, you may send it back in the original packaging and provide photos and videos showing the defect. We will replace items that do not meet our quality standards as quickly as possible, free of charge. We will bear the return shipping costs.

If the goods have been damaged, mishandled, misused then we reserve the right to not accept the returned goods.
