I ordered a replacement handle a month ago. It was shipped by Yanwen. Courier marked it delivered to my door, but actually just left it on the floor in my apartment building lobby while I was at work, where it was, of course, stolen by the time I got home.
I was speaking to them through the chat and had to prove it was left in a non-secure location via a screenshot of courier's proof of delivery before they claimed they would send a replacement. For some reason I also had to provide my address again, even though they had my order number. They promised to send tracking. This was two weeks ago, it's been silence since then.
I'm writing this on a Friday. On Monday I emailed their supposed customer service and got no response there either.
No handle. Waste of time. Lost $10 and now I need to find a whole new grater because it's not usable without a handle. Why even lie and give the runaround? Just say we got your money, go jump in a hole for all we care.
When my husband broke my handle for my cheese grater I almost cried but then I made him order me the replacement part they were amazing with customer service and I received my replacement in no time Thank you
I was happy to discover that I could order a handle for my rotary food grater when our piece got lost or thrown out.
