very happy, one small annoyance

This is a really well designed fryer, though I wish it had come cleaner out of the box. The manual even asks you to clean it before use...

I like everything about it, but I do I have one thing I think could be better. The lid has a vent, which prevents too much grease buildup and is actually a great safety and convenience feature. I think it would be better though if there was a cover for the vent so you can prevent dust falling in the fryer when not in use. Practically every fryer blocks dust from landing inside, so it's kind of annoying that this one doesn't. I'll probably just end up putting a rag over it when I'm not using it.

Great Product

We have been using this for a couple of months and so far love it. I had a large one with double baskets that had one tub before. It took forever to heat up but this one with the separate tubs makes heating so much quicker and I can still do two different items.
