I ordered my green electric tea kettle on May 25. It came 8 days later in a store box with very little protection. Needless to say because the kettle was damaged. I contacted the company via email that same day. It took a few days for them to respond asking for purchase number. I sent and several days later they emailed that they would send a new kettle out in 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. I have send an email for the last three days asking for a refund and no reply at all.
To say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed are an understatement. I will continue reaching out for help, but will be buying elsewhere!

Beautiful But Not Plastic-Free

I like this so much for the nice color, retro look and good performance! Have to let it go because the water level window is plastic and has contact with boiling water. I don’t really need to see the water level from the outside.
