I’ve been waiting over 14 days for the replacement handle and it still hasn’t arrived. This order from your store has not been fulfilled. I’ve emailed numerous times and only received ridiculous requests instead of a clear resolution. I just need the replacement handle—please send it ASAP. This has been frustrating and disappointing for what should be a simple fix.
