So I received an email letting me know that my order is on it's way and the shipping updates. I did not purchase this item and I am not the person that the purchase was sent to. My email address was put as the point of contact for someone else purchasing this item on the other side of the country. I have never purchased from this website and never met the person who purchased from it, so I have no idea how this happened. A week later this happened again for the same item from someone in a completely different state and my email address was used again. I contacted the other person and they did inform me that they had ordered and received the product but did not use my email to do so. It seems like the database for this website has some serious security issues when it comes to personal information. I have tried reaching out to the customer support and they told me that the emails are private and that they can't do anything.

First off I need to say that this is the second Susteas grater I've had in the last few months. The first was sent back after the chute melted a bit in the dishwasher. Susteas customer service reached out and offered a replacement. They were very kind and wanted me, the customer, to be happy with their grater. If the review was based on customer service alone, it'd definitely be 5 stars.
The grater works fairly well, though I've only used it for cheese so far. It isn't perfect but easier than a box grater if you're grating a lot of cheese. Please note that while the description, the little assembly manual and all the social media ads state that all parts of this grater are dishwasher safe except the base and handle...IT IS NOT!! Do NOT put the clear plastic chute in the dishwasher. As a precaution, I won't be putting anything other than the blade attachments in the top rack of the dishwasher simply for fact that they're the sturdiest built parts of the whole unit. We have old Formica counter tops and the suction base lock does do as it's supposed to. The dial to lock it, however, does not seem to turn all the way to the lock icon.
Pros; customer service is top notch. Easier than box grating large amounts of cheese. Looks nice sitting on counter.
Cons; not all parts (besides those excluded in the description) are dishwasher safe. Still rocks a bit even when locked. Some bits of cheese gets stuck between the grating barrel and the chute.
